For T. Bailey, homebuilding isn’t just a career — it’s a family legacy. His father, a respected custom homebuilder in the Houston area, began teaching him the craft at an early age. By the early 1990s, T. was working full-time alongside his father before moving on to gain valuable experience in large-scale production building. Just a few years later, he returned to the family business, where he and his brother partnered with their father to build homes in some of the region’s most notable master-planned communities.

When his father retired in 2020, T. brought his decades of experience to RVision Homes, where he has proudly served as a Construction Manager since 2021. In this role, he oversees the day-to-day construction of homes throughout Magnolia and the surrounding rural areas — ensuring every build meets RVision’s high standards of quality and craftsmanship. From coordinating with trade partners and supervising crews to monitoring timelines, conducting site inspections, and problem-solving in real time, T. plays a vital role in bringing each client’s vision to life.

More than managing logistics, T. is deeply committed to communication and care. He keeps homeowners updated on their project’s progress, ensuring they feel confident and informed at every step. With a lifetime of hands-on experience and a passion for building, T. blends technical expertise with personal dedication, helping deliver the exceptional homes and experiences that RVision Homes is known for.
