With more than two decades of experience in residential construction, Chris Perkins brings deep knowledge, hands-on expertise, and a steady commitment to quality in his role as Senior Construction Manager at RVision Homes. His career began in 1999 as a self-employed builder, laying the foundation for what would become a lifelong passion for creating homes that stand the test of time.

Over the years, Chris has advanced through roles ranging from superintendent to construction supervisor, gaining valuable insight into every phase of the homebuilding process. His background also includes several years in HVAC systems, giving him a well-rounded technical perspective on how all aspects of a home come together.

Since joining RVision Homes, Chris has overseen projects across North Houston with precision and care. He ensures every home is built to the highest standards, coordinating each stage of construction while keeping homeowners informed and confident throughout the process. Known for his reliability, problem-solving skills, and dedication to craftsmanship, Chris plays a vital role in turning clients’ visions into reality.

Outside of work, Chris is a devoted family man who has been happily married to his loving wife for 16 years. He is a proud father of three talented sons and enjoys cheering on his favorite teams—the Dallas Cowboys and the UT Longhorns. For Chris, building homes isn’t just about construction—it’s about creating lasting places for families to thrive, backed by the same integrity and dedication he carries into his personal life.
