Mikhala Atchley — Our Marketing Manager

With a passion for storytelling and a sharp eye for strategy, Mikhala Atchley leads RVision Homes’ marketing efforts as Marketing Manager.

Mikhala Atchley brings a strong foundation in business, marketing, and analytics to her role as Marketing Manager at RVision Homes. She earned both a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing Analytics and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a minor in Legal Studies from Texas Tech University, where she consistently earned recognition on the President’s and Dean’s Lists. She is also certified in SEO Fundamentals, with specialized training in keyword research and search trend strategies.

Mikhala first joined RVision Homes in 2023 as a Sales Assistant at our Republic Grand Ranch model home, where she supported the team with client consultations, model home tours, and marketing coordination. Her creativity and dedication quickly made her an invaluable part of the RVision family, and in 2025 she transitioned into the role of Marketing Manager.

In her current role, Mikhala oversees RVision’s brand communications, social media platforms, website content, in-progress construction photography, promotional materials, advertisements, public relations, and event planning. She also partners closely with the sales team, equipping them with the tools and resources needed to improve productivity and deliver a seamless client experience. Her ability to combine data-driven strategy with creativity ensures RVision’s message reflects the company’s values of integrity, craftsmanship, and personal care while connecting authentically with clients and the broader community.

Beyond her technical expertise, Mikhala is known for her compassion and genuine interest in people. She values building lasting relationships with RVision clients, fostering connections in featured acreage neighborhoods, and engaging with the communities RVision serves.

Outside of work, Mikhala enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching re-runs of Gilmore Girls or any of her other favorite romantic comedies, reading, and continually seeking out fresh ideas to bring into her role. She is excited to continue growing with RVision Homes and sharing the story of a builder that feels like family.
